PresenceBPM Privacy Notice

PresenceBPM is an integration, monitoring, reporting and alerting tool. At the core of its functionality is the ability to automatically query and merge various disparate data sources, such as relational databases, web services, files, and email accounts. Based on the information queried a course of action is decided by way of a flow chart diagram designed by the application user.  As such, PresenceBPM allows users to privately store and manage their means of access to their datasources so that operations can be performed automatically without user input. This may include, but is not limited to, mail account passwords, authentication tokens, database credentials, and other account passwords. Where such sensitive information is stored, every effort is made to ensure that it is properly encrypted on the local system. Additionally PresenceBPM may store snapshots of data such as the contents of emails or files, database records, and other query results, and depending on the programmed logic of the application tasks, may forward this to third parties if and only if it has been instructed to do so by the application user.  Private information outlined above is stored within a local database and is never exposed to or shared with any third party, including the developers of the PresenceBPM software, unless this is required explicitly for support purposes and with the express consent of the application user.

Updates to Our Privacy Notice

From time to time, we may modify or update this policy. You should be able to see at the top of the policy when it was last updated. If we substantially modify this policy, we will notify you of the changes by posting them on our website. Any changes to our policy are effective as of the date we post such changes, unless we inform you otherwise. If we modify our policy in a way that would have a substantial impact on the nature of processing or your privacy rights, we would provide sufficient advance notice to provide you with an opportunity to exercise your rights.
